These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Social Boost Agency (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

Social Boost Agency provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

Social media management

Paid advertising campaigns

Content creation and distribution

Marketing strategy consulting

Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for us to deliver services. Ensure you have the rights to any content, data, or materials you supply to us.

Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Fees & Payment

Fees for services are agreed upon in writing prior to commencement. Invoices are payable immediately upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional charges.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property created by Social Boost Agency during the provision of services (e.g., campaign designs, strategies, creative content) remains our property until full payment has been received.

After payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed.

You grant us a non-exclusive right to use your company name/logo for promotional purposes (unless you request otherwise in writing).

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received during the course of the business relationship, unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” While we strive for the best results, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Boost Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant service.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by giving 30 days’ written notice.

We may terminate immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments, or misuse our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
